Credit card
Payment by credit card is provided using Stripe platform. Transactions are encrypted and secure.
PayPal
By choosing Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. Natuned.com reserves the right to ship the goods to the address verified on the Paypal account.
Shipping
- Shipments are made by SEUR courier. It is not possible to deliver to Packstation.
- The delivery of package on the mainland is generally guaranteed within 48 hours.
- Orders are shipped from natuned.com from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
- Orders places over the weekend will be handled starting on the following Monday morning.
- Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one in which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
- In all cases Natuned.com reserves the right to postpone the shipment in the event of events involving force majeure.
- All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Natuned.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any refund due to the Customer.
- Natuned.com shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurande loses its validity.
- Shippins costs are free for orders over 50€.
